During our Easter stay, we were pleased with the attentive staff and their helpfulness. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to relax in after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the convenient location near a bustling square, which offered various dining and entertainment options.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy during our stay. the lack of parking facilities made it difficult for us to find a spot for our car.

They went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the bus station and in downtown Cancun. I felt safe as a solo female traveler and the neighborhood was quiet and green. Additionally, there were plenty of amenities nearby such as a large supermarket, cafes, and restaurants.

The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There were also numerous restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. our stay at Casa Mallorca was lovely, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Top priority of cleanliness, pleasant and helpful staff, effective air-conditioning, comfortable bed and linen.

There was also a large supermarket nearby with local prices and other useful shops like a barbershop.
