Loved loved loved this place! It felt like a cozy cottage with a comfy bed, big bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook. The location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The WiFi was great, perfect for work calls. The food at the restaurant was amazing, especially the vegetarian options. The staff were incredibly friendly and the lush greenery surrounding the bungalows made it feel like a dreamy oasis.

The noise from the street could be a bit bothersome, and there were a few ants in the apartment. The kitchen could use more utensils.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With prices ranging from $25-40 USD, you get so much more than you would at other places. The attention to detail and the basic amenities provided are above-and-beyond anywhere else we've stayed in the country. The location is great and is one of the few hotels with an actual unobstructed beach view. The rooms have everything you need, including a kitchen and living room in the bungalows. And the breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the morning is simply perfect.

The spacious bungalows charmed me with their excellent ventilation and beautiful architectural style. I loved basking in the sun on the beachfront, enjoying beach massages and indulging in delicious Mexican and international cuisine.

Oh, and it was just delightful when they charged my credit card twice and then argued about giving me breakfast. Bravo!

This hotel offers above-and-beyond service and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay truly enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant Zicatela neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We loved the tranquility of the hotel, as it faces a quiet street but is just a short walk away from the beach and local cafes. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and offer a good measure of privacy.

We had an amazing stay at Bungalows Santa Cruz. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Playa Zicatela beach. The bungalow itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and great AC in the bedrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the wifi was excellent for my work meetings. We also loved the delicious vegetarian food served at the hotel's restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Puerto Escondido.

Despite a minor issue with the air conditioner, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. It was the best place we've stayed at in Mexico, even compared to our previous stays in Puerto Escondido. the location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views and well-maintained grounds. We loved having access to all the facilities at the adjoining Santa Fe Hotel, including the pools and restaurant. the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed a relaxing breakfast on our patio each morning.

We really got our money's worth staying at Bungalows Santa Cruz. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was having more variety on the menu.

This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked in a perfect location just in front of the beach. The view is unbeatable, and the proximity to Zicatela beach is fantastic. The staff here are excellent, always with a smile and ready to help. The rooms are spacious and I loved having a kitchenette on both floors of the villa. It's great to have the option to cook your own meals. amazing value for money and a wonderful place to stay.

We got incredible value for our money at Bungalows Santa Cruz. The room was huge, clean, and had a comfy bed. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and close to the main beach and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the attached restaurant had amazing views and tasty food.

The breakfast could have been improved with the addition of air conditioning in the kitchen, considering Puerto's hot temperatures. However, the bedroom had air conditioning and a ventilator, which were very helpful.
