We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the old quarter. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, providing information on local spots and arranging tours. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the bustling night market and near Hoan Kiem lake in the Old Quarter. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, both Western and Vietnamese.

The bustling atmosphere and vibrant street food surrounding this hotel made it an ideal location for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices.

I would have preferred a separate shower instead of one over the bath.

We felt exceptionally cared for and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with organizing taxis, purchasing tickets, and navigating the city. the hotel's information brief was also very helpful in orienting ourselves in the Old Town of Hanoi. the balcony rooms had a romantic ambiance and offered beautiful views of the city. the hotel's location was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a late night drink.

The breakfast was okay and it was a relief to have it included in the price. the location of the hotel was great because everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. the fact that we could do laundry at the hotel for free was amazing. We didn't have to worry about finding a laundromat.

The hotel was overpriced for the facilities. the hotel needs to be renovated and it was a letdown to pay so much for quality that did not meet our standards.
