The location was very convenient, as it was close to everything and in a very nice area.

I gotta say, I got a great deal for my money at this hotel. The room was top-notch, with a spacious layout and a cute little balcony. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a lively neighborhood. The staff treated me like gold, always friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could use a little improvement. Maybe a bigger variety of options would make it even better.

The Polanco area, where the hotel is located, is elegant, cozy, and vibrant, with plenty to explore. The hotel's proximity to many attractions and a wide range of restaurants and bars was a major plus. The staff were incredibly helpful and service-oriented, adding to the overall pleasant experience. It was convenient to walk to places like Chapultepec Park and its amazing museums. the architecture of the hotel was unique and reminded me of a colorful Hollywood movie from the 70s. the bathrooms were also impressive, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

I was disappointed with the valet service. the staff at the valet seemed rude and uninterested in helping us park our rental car.
