During my New Year stay, I absolutely loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to popular attractions such as Gion and Nishiki Market, making it easy for me to explore the city. being close to subway stations was a major plus, allowing for seamless transportation around Kyoto. Their attentive service made me feel well taken care of.

One downside I encountered was the noise at night, especially on weekends. Being situated in a lively area meant that the sound insulation in the room wasn't sufficient to block out the noise entirely.

Attention to detail in room amenities. Daily water bottle refills, provided humidifier, generous bathroom with separate WC. Cleaners even folded clothes on the floor. Convenient location for CBD and 15-min bus ride to/from Kyoto Station. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English well.

The location of this hotel is awesome! It has many food stalls just across the street, and it is near the train station. It is also easily accessible by local bus, making it convenient to visit popular tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast buffet is great.

We felt very much at home during our stay, and there was no reason to complain.

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. Great location with accessibility to food, shopping, and public transportation. Extremely comfortable accommodations with a relaxing atmosphere.

I got great value for my money at Cross Hotel Kyoto! The room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities. The location was perfect, surrounded by shopping malls and pedestrian shops.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

This hotel is an amazing find! the location is spot-on, with easy access to everything. Secondly, the service is simply outstanding – the staff are friendly and attentive to your every need. Thirdly, the rooms are lovely with comfortable beds and pillows, complete with deep baths and sofas, making your stay so cosy and comfortable. Finally, the breakfast is top-notch, with an excellent choice of both western and Japanese food served in a nice atmosphere.

No issues, everything was perfect!

Staying here was a great experience. The location was fantastic and near many tourist sites. It was so close to everything that I could easily come back to my room to take a break after sightseeing. The staff were extremely friendly and provided great service. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I loved the welcome drink and the fact that I could relax in the leisure room and watch TV.

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect and we could easily walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, but what really impressed us was the superb breakfast buffet with a wide variety of both Japanese and western dishes. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located right in the heart of the city and so close to everything! It was a perfect location in terms of accessibility. The bathroom was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was a bit pricy, especially considering the lack of amenities provided, such as no room service or mini fridge for snacks and drinks.

We were pleasantly surprised to find two complementary facts offered in the room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect as we were within walking distance to shopping areas and close to public transportation. Another advantage we liked was the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the size of the toilet section. It was quite small and could have been more spacious.
