My stay at the hotel was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. the room had numerous issues, including a hole in the bed's headboard that was hidden by the pillows.

The hotel is located in the Santa Fe business area of this city. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you don't have to wait over an hour for your food. The staff was extremely kind and attentive during my stay.

The service at Camino Real was exceptional. When our room door malfunctioned, the staff quickly relocated us to a new room without any hassle. The concierge was prompt in calling us a taxi, and the reception desk efficiently resolved an issue with opening a tab for in-room coffee. Despite the late hour, room service delivered our infusion promptly. The hotel's location in a business-oriented neighborhood ensured a safe and pleasant stay. The warm and professional staff made our experience truly enjoyable.
