Melissa, the host, was exceptional, offering prompt responses and helpful recommendations. the spacious room, well-equipped kitchen, and serene atmosphere made for a delightful stay. The convenience of the location near the cathedral, restaurants, and shopping was unparalleled, not to mention the lovely terrace views. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
