I recently stayed at Canopy in Cancun for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The porters were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the gym was surprisingly good for a hotel. The view from the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect, with wonderful public beaches just across the street and convenient buses to take us wherever we wanted to go. The standout staff member was Rene, who always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to assist us with reservations. The turn down service was a nice touch, and I loved the little surprises left in the room. The filtered water provided down the hall was also a thoughtful inclusion. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows.

I had an amazing 6-day stay at Canopy by Hilton. The staff, including Carlos and Adrian, greeted us with big grins and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The hotel's location near the mall gave us easy access to everything we needed. We enjoyed delicious Thai food with a beautiful water view and sunset at the restaurant in the mall. The local bus was a convenient and affordable option for getting to downtown. Joe at the bar made incredible cocktails, and Jesus even sent me a birthday treat. The rooftop bar had stunning views, and the rooms were lovely. Canopy is a great choice for a vacation with all the perks at a fraction of the cost of a resort.

We had a great xmas stay at this hotel! The rooftop pool area was absolutely fantastic, with stunning views and a vibrant atmosphere. The bartender and front desk staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel, right next to a mall, which provided plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. And the quick bus ride to the main area was so convenient!

While our experience was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor issues. The lighting over the beds could be improved, as the big round lamp kept hitting our heads.

The service level could be improved, as some guests experienced issues with dirty glasses and cutlery.

The outdoor swimming pool and spa center were particularly noteworthy, offering top-notch service and a range of spa treatments. The snack bar and bar/lounge area offered a variety of mouth-watering options that catered to my taste during mealtimes.

While overall I had a great experience at this hotel, I noticed a minor issue with housekeeping during my stay. Though this did not detract from the overall experience, I had to notify the staff that the floors in my room seemed to have been overlooked a few times during cleaning.
