The hotel had a buzzing ambiance with food stalls along the busy street. Our room on the quiet 3rd floor was spacious and comfy, offering great value for money. The hotel's swimming pool and gardens were fantastic, and our 3-year-old loved it. The location of our room was perfect. Moreover, the friendly staff made our stay even better.

We stayed in a hotel in the main shopping area, just a block from a great Maya museum. The location was convenient for exploring the downtown area, although it was a bit congested. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided good service, especially the helpful bellman, Sylvino. The hotel also had a nice-sized pool and secure parking.

The Wi-Fi in my room didn't work, which was quite annoying.

Positive aspects of my stay: Great pool view and high-floor room. Attractive lobby and close to bus terminal. Classy, with lots of amenities. Easy parking and ironing facility.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in Chetumal. The location couldn't have been better, as it is situated right in the city center, directly opposite the bustling market and fascinating museum. This made exploring the city a breeze, and I loved being able to walk to the bay harbor. The hotel itself is quite stunning, with marble floors and bathrooms that added a touch of elegance to my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Special mention goes to Sylvino, the bellman and receptionist, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the poor lighting in the room. It made it a bit difficult to read or work comfortably.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel in Chetumal. The room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the pool. The restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices, and we especially loved the Mayan shrimp dish. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the bathroom could have been cleaner, but luckily no one was hurt from slipping in the slippery bathtub. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During our Christmas stay, we found the hotel to be very accommodating and comfortable. We really appreciated the secure parking and the friendly staff who were always ready to help. the location near the market and museum was very convenient as we were able to explore the local area on foot. We also enjoyed relaxing by the nice sized pool.
