I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a truly luxurious experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided. The location was excellent, situated just outside of the main tourist area and overlooking the harbor. This allowed for stunning views from my room and easy access to the Ultramarine ferry port if I wanted to venture to Isla Mujeres. The hotel's infrastructure had a charming treehouse/jungle vibe, which added to the overall ambiance of the place.

If you are looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel that offers a range of amenities and services, I would highly recommend this place. It exceeded my expectations and I am already planning my next visit.

Quaint and quiet atmosphere, with a nice pool and friendly Spanish-speaking staff. Cozy and comfortable rooms with nice decorations. Decent value for money.

I absolutely loved staying at this venue! The location was perfect - nestled in the jungle and right next to the ferry terminal to Isle Mujeres. The pool and sun terrace were relaxing and peaceful. The staff was fantastic - always willing to help with anything I needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable air conditioning and a cozy sitting area. I also loved the charming outdoor dining area.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with luggage and transportation. the AC and fridge in the room were in good working condition. the hotel's location was extremely convenient, being very close to the ferry to a beautiful nearby island.

The room we were assigned had mold on the walls and an unpleasant smell. the kitchenette was poorly equipped, lacking even a sink.

We loved the beautiful ocean view from our balcony and the refreshing pool surrounded by lush vegetation. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast made our stay even better. Despite some minor flaws in our room, we had a great time at Casa Caribe Cancun Aparthotel and would recommend it to others.

Casa Caribe Cancun provided excellent value for my money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the ferry port. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us.

Our stay was amazing! The location is great - right by the ocean and close to the harbor and ferry for Isla Mujeres. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The bathroom was clean and the hot water worked perfectly. The breakfast was good and the coffee was exceptional. We enjoyed the grassy area before the pool. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

During our Easter vacation, we had a great time in a nicely decorated and spacious apartment that was situated close to the water. the view was breathtaking and we enjoyed spending time by the pool in the garden. In terms of complementary amenities, we appreciated the free transportation offered to nearby attractions and the availability of free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Plus, the location was convenient for easy access to local restaurants and shops.

The kitchen wasn't well-equipped, and we found it difficult to prepare meals without a sink. there was some road construction going on nearby, which made parking a challenge.
