During our stay at the venue, we experienced excellent personalized service from the staff. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main attractions. We enjoyed the luxurious amenities provided, such as the sauna and massage. The in-room breakfast service was exceptional, and we felt pampered with the exclusive room advantages.

The lighting in the room wasn't ideal. We would have preferred more yellow lighting, especially on the bedside lamps, which were all white.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very close to all the major attractions and just a short walk away from Santa Domingo church. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with high beamed ceilings and comfortable furniture. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a vaunted ceiling and painted walls. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved having breakfast on the lovely balcony, overlooking the city.

The noise from a neighboring bar with live music until late at night.

What a delightful stay! The location was outstanding, with lots of great restaurants and bars just steps away. Our room, the Rojo suite, was wonderful and very clean. The staff treated us with every kindness and the full delicious breakfast served in the inside courtyard was fantastic. I highly recommend Boutique Casa Catrina.

Continental breakfast served in atrium, customized daily, with fresh fruit, pastries, juices. Impeccable service. Attentive staff, helped with carrying goods, valet parking, bubble wrap for purchases. 4:45 am taxi call, luggage assistance, to-go coffee and bread. Will return.

Stayed at a charming B&B with beautiful decorations, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Location was perfect, near main attractions yet quiet. Breakfast was delicious and hearty.

Only downside was that some rooms were noisy due to busy street traffic and early morning kitchen activity.
