Our group of friends had an incredible stay at Casa Colibri. The double room with a comfortable bed and a spacious terrace overlooking the garden and with a direct sea view was perfect. We even had the magical experience of witnessing a mother turtle laying her eggs on the nearby beach. The peaceful and serene surroundings were exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast options were delicious and always delivered on time. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

Felt like a true home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, with direct access to the beach. It was so relaxing to be able to step out onto the balcony and enjoy the beautiful ocean right in front of us. The vibe of the place was super chill and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the option to use kayaks and paddle boards for free, which allowed us to explore the Caribbean Sea and have an amazing experience.

It was rocky and filled with sargassum, making it impossible to enjoy a swim during our stay. the beach was littered with trash, which was quite shocking considering the reputation of the area.

We had a fantastic vacation here. The hotel is located right at the beach, just by the sea. The beach was clean and not crowded at all, allowing us to enjoy the whole sea alone. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice, providing a warm welcome and prompt service. The breakfast provided was amazing, with some foods sourced from the local farm. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, including a large terrace off our room and a common kitchenette that we found very useful.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Loved the proximity to the beach, just a few steps away and so convenient for enjoying the sun and sand. The breakfast delivered to the room was a great touch and made mornings even more relaxing.

I had the most amazing experience at Casa Colibri Tankah Bed & Breakfast. the property is located in a quiet and peaceful enclave, away from the noise and crowds of the popular South Beach area. the rooms were beautifully appointed and had everything I needed. the breakfasts served were absolutely delicious and I appreciated the option to prepare some of my own meals. the sea views from the property were breathtaking, although it's important to note that the beach is not ideal for swimming due to shallow waters and rocks.

My purpose for visiting Casa Colibri was to relax and enjoy a beachfront getaway. I stayed for 8 days and had an amazing experience. The hotel has exceptional housekeeping and all the necessary amenities like a well-working AC, a fridge, and drinking water. The breakfasts served to my room every morning were varied and delicious. The beachfront location was perfect, with the sound of the waves being a magical wake-up call. The owners, Melisa and her parents, were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this paradise.

Waking up to the soothing sounds of the waves was simply magical. the location is superb, with a beautiful white sand beach just steps away from our room. the staff was exceptional, always accommodating and friendly. We loved the daily breakfast served on our terrace, it was delicious and the perfect way to start our day. the room had everything we needed, including a well-functioning AC and a fridge. Melissa and her parents, who run the place, were so welcoming and made our stay comfortable. We can't wait to return!
