The location, staff, room design, and amenities were fantastic. Walking distance to popular markets and malls. The staff were amazing and helpful. The room had a washing machine and ample drying space. The junior family deluxe room was perfect for our group of 6, with personal and communal spaces. Comfortable beds, provided showering soap, and even had a projector and speaker.

Had a lousy Christmas experience in this hotel. Although two complementary drinks were offered, and it is located near the famous market and train station, the overall experience was bad. The rooms were spacious, but a cockroach infestation, broken pool table, uncomfortable couch, and insufficient bathroom facilities left a bad impression. the pictures on the internet were different from reality, which made it even more deceiving. The cleanliness needed improvement, and the staff was not helpful - blaming the guests for not putting a sign for room cleaning. The rooftop area was closed permanently, and the hotel lacked essential facilities like drying machines.

The best part about the hotel was the staff, which was really helpful, especially when I could not come back to the hotel on time for my food delivery. Despite this, the overall experience was not worth it, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Lastly, the breakfast offered a decent selection, ensuring a good start to the day.
