We got amazing value for our money at Casa De La Ballena. The rooms were minimal yet functional, with a fully equipped kitchen corner. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main plaza, yet it was surprisingly quiet. The staff, especially Martin, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Breakfast offerings could have been more diverse.

The wifi in our room was a bit slow, but it was much better in the common areas. the breakfast options were limited to a set menu, but there were plenty of other dining options available nearby.

Beautiful and tranquil boutique hotel in a great location. Close enough to walk to the center but away from the noise. The pool area was the perfect retreat, especially in the shade, after a day at the beach. The air conditioning in the rooms made it easy to relax and sleep comfortably.

The safe was out of order during our stay and we were unable to use it. Although we felt safe and secure, it would have been nice to have that extra security for our belongings.
