We had a fantastic stay at Casa De Olas Boutique. the staff went above and beyond to help us with taxi arrangements and surf lessons. the free breakfast provided a simple yet satisfying start to our day, and there was a great menu to order from if we wanted something more substantial. We loved the fitness classes and felt safe and welcomed as solo female travelers. the pool and facilities were immaculate, and the beds were comfortable and spacious. the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable. the location is perfect, just a short walk from bars, restaurants, and the beach. the amenities, including the gym and free equipment rentals, were an added bonus. the photos on the website don't do justice to how wonderful this place is - it exceeded all our expectations!

Not so easy to find

I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities at Casa De Olas Boutique. The gym was a nice bonus, and the one-time free equipment rental was a great perk. I enjoyed taking advantage of the surf boards, skateboards, and bikes. The pool was absolutely amazing, and I found myself wanting to spend most of my days lounging by it. The location of the hotel was also ideal, especially if you wanted to stay near La Punta. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure I had a comfortable stay.

The property's location is a perfect balance - close to the beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. Amenities include a beautiful pool, gym, and tennis court. Boat tours to see dolphins and whales are available. The double room with balcony was cozy, clean, and had a great view of the pool. The complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, and juice was a nice touch. The hotel's layout encourages socializing with other guests and has thoughtful details like hats and covered lounge chairs.

Felt very relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

As women traveling alone, we felt extremely safe and well taken care of at Casa Olas. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We loved the nice pool area and the fact that they had surfboards and bikes available for guests. The AC worked perfectly, which was a must in the hot climate of Puerto Escondido. The common areas were cute and clean, and we really appreciated being able to store our luggage at the hotel after checking out so we could continue sightseeing.

We felt extremely welcome, no complaint.

One downside is the noise from the hallways, as the sound carries quite well and can be disruptive at times.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puerto Escondido. The staff made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The attention to detail was impressive, from the beautifully designed rooms to the thoughtful amenities like a crystal rock mood light and free coffee. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main area in La Punta. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast included in my stay.

We loved the laid-back and peaceful atmosphere at Casa de Olas. The yoga class with Charlotte was amazing, and the yoga/workout room had a phenomenal view. The staff was accommodating and attentive, with great attention to detail. The location, just two blocks from Punta Zicatela beach, was perfect.

The front desk staff, Josmar and Mimi, were super helpful in arranging taxis and setting us up with anything we needed. The location of the hotel was great, on a quiet street within walking distance to restaurants and shops in the La Punta area. The hotel facilities were amazing, with beautiful pool areas, plenty of deck chairs, and a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our power yoga classes taught by Charlottte and Pablo. And the complimentary fruit bowl for breakfast was a great way to start our day.

The two complementary activities offered were amazing, we really enjoyed them! This place is also located in a perfect spot, close to great restaurants and bars. We also loved the pool area, it was so relaxing and peaceful.

We had a disappointing Thanksgiving dinner, it was not what we expected and we had to pay extra for each dish. the breakfast included was very basic and had very little variety.

The complimentary breakfast every morning was a real treat with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee, and juice. the layout and design of the property fostered a friendly atmosphere, making it easy to strike up conversations with other guests. the pool and lounging area were beautiful, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful details like the hats on the lawn chairs and the small covered lounge chairs for escaping the sun. the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and always pleasant. They went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, including allowing us to store our luggage before our departing flight. I definitely plan on returning to Casa De Olas in the future.
