I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. the hotel itself was gorgeous and had a traditional Mexican vibe. the restaurant in the courtyard was a great addition, and the complimentary bicycles were a bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Great service and super friendly staff, with clean and nice rooms. Traditional and modern room options available, excellent location for exploring the city and shopping. Thick and fluffy towels and comfortable beds with excellent linens. Breakfast was fresh and efficiently served, although the coffee could be stronger.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to walk to all the key tourist attractions and restaurants. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of natural light. And the best part was the nice terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view.

the noise from the surrounding area was quite bothersome, especially early in the morning when I was trying to sleep. the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par.
