We had an amazing stay at Dos Ceibas! The staff, including Miguel, Gabriel, Valentin, Miguelina. The location of the resort is perfect, with a beautiful beach that was kept clean. We loved the eco-friendly aspect of the resort, centered around the sacred Ceiba trees. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the yoga classes with ocean views were a highlight. The restaurant had delicious food and Mexican wine, and the tours offered by naturalist guides were fantastic. Dos Ceibas is truly a gem in Tulum.

It was lovely to enjoy our breakfast at the beach and the homemade jams and different juices each day were a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room itself was big, clean, and provided us with a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

One major downside was the strong smell of rotting seaweed throughout the hotel, making it impossible to use the beach or swim in the water. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy, and the mattress was too hard and uncomfortable.
