Hotel stay experience exceeded expectations. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Location was conveniently situated near key attractions. Staff was friendly and attentive, making sure to cater to guests’ needs as quickly as possible.

Communication in English was difficult as it was not commonly spoken in the area. Some amenities were unavailable or not functioning during stay, such as the coffee machine and bar.

the room was remarkably clean, with exclusive amenities like a spacious shower and a quiet atmosphere. the staff was attentive to our needs, even going above and beyond with special diet menus and in-room breakfast. We also enjoyed the snack bar and bar/lounge area, which were both well-stocked and inviting.

the gracious staff did their best to overcome this with their fluent Spanish skills.
