We were visiting our daughter nearby and stayed for a week. the rooms were luxurious, breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and 24-hour coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. the location was convenient for us, and the hotel's amenities like the pool, free washers and dryers, and spacious suites made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the staff was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our visit.

The air conditioner in the bedroom was incredibly loud, disrupting our sleep during the festive season. These issues affected our overall experience and made it challenging to fully enjoy our Christmas stay.

The room arrangement. We had a group of four, but the room only had a twin-sized sleeper sofa instead of a queen, making it cramped and uncomfortable.
