The hotel’s design was peaceful and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and provided outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to many attractions. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast included was a great touch. There were also nice patios to relax in and the highlight was the luxurious bathtub in the room.

The music from a club on weekends was incredibly loud, with strong bass that could be felt through the body, making it difficult to sleep. Earplugs did not help a lot.

Upon walking in, we were stunned by the peaceful and classy ambiance of this hotel. Our room had a luxurious feel with exclusive amenities such as a comfortable bed, a beautiful sun terrace, and private facilities. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service, making us feel like royalty. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast included in our room price, prepared by the amazing Fabiola, the chef.

The only minor issue was the loud music from a club on weekends that disturbed our sleep. Earplugs helped, but the heavy bass still created vibrations that were felt throughout the room.

The location was great, and the beds were comfortable.

On weekends there is loud music from a nearby club, which can be quite bothersome.
