The room - beautiful, spacious, clean. Breakfast - incredible, delicious. Location - on Main Street, walking distance to everything. Intimate atmosphere - only 4 rooms, attentive staff

The hotel is small with 4 rooms on Reforma street. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is enjoyable. The room is lovely with ample storage and a large bed. The location is great for walking.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was very tastefully designed. The hotel itself had a great location, just minutes away from fantastic restaurants and a local supermarket. One of the best aspects was the amazing breakfast that was brought to the room every morning, we enjoyed baked oatmeal and fresh green smoothies.

The staff only spoke Spanish which made it quite difficult to communicate with them. We tried to book tours and restaurants in advance with their help, but we never heard back and found out upon arrival that nothing had been arranged.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to assist. The breakfasts were a delight, with a creative menu featuring Mexican dishes as well as options like baked oatmeal and fresh green smoothies. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a sun hat provided, a small fridge filled with snacks and drinks, and a beautiful patio area.

The WiFi had some issues for a few days, but it was quickly resolved when a technician came out.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Carmen Reforma! The staff, especially Miriam, went above and beyond to make us feel special. The room was beautifully designed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight with a range of delicious Oaxacan specialties. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel for a truly memorable stay.
