I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious bathroom in my room at Blue Diamond Luxury. The tub and shower combination was a luxurious touch. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed the live cooking station. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping and exploring the city. The front desk staff were caring and warm, even allowing us a little extra time to check out without charging us. I had a pleasant and memorable stay at Blue Diamond Luxury.

There were a few minor drawbacks of my stay. the room furnishings had a neoclassical design that wasn't to my taste.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning system was great, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also really liked that the bidet was built into the seat, it was a unique feature that I haven't seen before.

the bathroom was not designed well. the shower caused water to splash all over the floor, and the walls were made of clear glass which didn't provide much privacy.

The hotel has a great location, being close to department stores and the city center. The lobby and restaurant are nicely decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service. The breakfast, although with limited varieties, is good, with live cooking available. Additionally, the spacious and comfortable rooms are an advantage, providing a pleasant stay.

There have been complaints about the drainage in the bathroom, with water flowing out from below and flooding the floor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff here were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the level of comfort at this place.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
