Limited cleaning throughout the stay with moldy and smelly towels. Inadequate kitchen facilities, including limited utensils and dull knives.

We stayed at this amazing beachside hotel in Sayulita and got incredible value for our money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and town. The staff, especially Cristy, the owner, were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.

The breakfast option could have been better, but that was easily remedied by grabbing coffee from the coffee house right outside the gate or making our own using the coffee pot provided in the room.

The bedrooms were spacious with ample storage and a safe. The courtyard/alley allowed for convenient unloading and the gated area provided excellent security. The hostess, Cristy, was extremely responsive and accommodating. Easy access to the beach and swimming pool made it a breeze to enjoy the sunsets.

We felt safe and loved the location, which was just a short walk from the center of town. the open-air kitchen was a great feature, and we all enjoyed the comfortable beds and ample storage space. the beach access was ideal, as it was not too crowded but still within walking distance. the provided airport transportation was very convenient. Our host, Cristy, was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely return in the future!

We loved the location! It was a short 7-minute walk from the town center and less crowded. The area felt safe with 24/7 security. The pool and private beach access were great for families. The open-air living area and AC in the bedrooms were a relief in the hot climate. The host, Cristy, was attentive and helpful in arranging tours.

Wifi was slow.

The communication with the manager was fantastic! She was proactive and always checked in to see if we needed anything. She even let us stay longer for a relaxed checkout. the location was perfect, close to the beach and with 24-hour security. the open-air layout of the hotel was wonderful, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job.

There were a couple of days where neighboring visitors played their music too loudly. the property description was misleading, as it was listed as a house but was actually an apartment.
