The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Our room, number 31, was bright, airy, and impeccably clean. We were also impressed with the helpfulness of Fatima, who arranged our airport transfers and an amazing excursion to Isla Mujeres. We would definitely book here again on our next trip.
