Great location - close to downtown and restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable rooms - deluxe apartment, king room, regular apartment, all well-equipped. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful courtyard and rooftop terrace with stunning city views.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, being within walking distance to both the plaza and the Paroquia, but away from the hustle and bustle of larger groups and mariachis. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was stocked with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the peaceful rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the city.

The Wi-Fi was sluggish at times, which made it difficult to work remotely.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main square in the old town. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the plaza, which sometimes has Mariachis or large groups gathering. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with housekeeping, laundry, and airport shuttle services available. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a balcony with a lovely sitting area. We also appreciated the beautiful sun terrace and garden area, where we could relax and unwind. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this adorable, quiet place. the bed was so comfy with lots of pillows, and the kitchenette was perfect for making snacks. the beautiful courtyard was a great place to relax, and the location was ideal, just a few blocks from the city square. Plus, the hotel had a door between the bedroom and the rest of the areas for additional privacy.

The only downside was that the internet was very slow during our stay. Additionally, the hot water in the shower ran out quickly.

One of the downsides of our stay was the size of the room we were given. It was incredibly small compared to the rooms our friends got, which made us feel a bit cramped.
