We loved the spacious room with a nice strong shower and hot water on demand. The hotel had lovely grass areas and comfortable hammocks on the patios. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the art district and close to Plaza Mijares. The staff were friendly and provided helpful advice and recommendations. The complimentary breakfast included delicious coffee, toasted Italian bread, a fruit plate, and tasty huevos rancheros.

Great place to spend New Year's Eve. Staff is very attentive and the food is very good. Located in the main plaza, it's easy to walk around and explore the surrounding galleries and small shops. Combined with a rented car, you can easily visit the numerous places around and the beach. the room was spacious and the shower had hot water at the ready, no nonsense. the tomato jam served at breakfast was absolutely delicious! the staff was really nice and provided helpful advice and recommendations. There was complimentary bottomless coffee during breakfast hours, which was a nice touch.

The TV situation was a bit outdated, with no Smart features, Roku, or Chromecast. the breakfast wasn't included in the room rate and was a bit pricey at $20.

Spacious rooms with private loggias and soothing sound of running water. Excellent restaurant with well-presented plates. Good breakfast option, apart from bad coffee. Nice pool area, though compact. Beach club arrangement is a great deal. a very nice hotel that can justify the room rates. Must have improved since winning the Condé Nast award ten years ago. Higher standards and sleek decor at an upscale price point.
