We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a perfect AC and the bed and pillows were absolutely perfect. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh choices and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was child-friendly and had plenty of staff available to assist us. The location was central, making it easy for us to walk around without dealing with traffic. The staff even surprised me with a cupcake and birthday greetings for my special day. a very nice experience!

Staying at this centrally located hotel was a delight! We found ourselves right in the heart of downtown, surrounded by everything we needed. The room was spotless and modern, with all amenities such as air-con and TV functioning perfectly. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, going out of their way to make us comfortable. There were two restaurants on the premises serving delicious food and we couldn't get enough. We particularly loved the pool area, a perfect place to relax.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this venue! The location is at the heart of the bustling downtown area where everything seems to be happening. The staff here offer a great service and are very attentive to our needs. They even accommodated our request for carry out breakfast! We enjoyed using the leisure spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, and massage services available here. The flat-screen TVs, electric kettles, and refrigerators in our rooms were all working well, and we appreciated the free toiletries and tea/coffee facilities provided. The fact that there's free wi-fi in all the rooms was certainly a plus!

While staying here, we found no negative aspects. In fact, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic and comfortable stay.

The room was comfortable with a well-tuned satellite TV and satisfying water pressure in the shower. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and a joy to interact with, especially the supervisor Arvin, Jane with her great smile, Ilmer Mateo Walohan for exceptional customer service. The wireless internet was good, and the hotel staff provided outstanding customer service. The hotel's location in the city center was also great.

Nothing not to love.

Loved the complementary breakfast and the friendly staff. the location was unbeatable, close to all the attractions but not too noisy. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern.

The rooms were too small and cramped. There wasn't enough space to move around and the lack of windows made it even more claustrophobic.
