The staff was helpful and nice, great location with nearby restaurants, simple check-in process, included breakfast at amazing restaurant, cool shared spaces and rooftop kitchen.

The location was great, with a shared kitchen and co-working spaces on the rooftop. The breakfast at Yerba Santa was amazing, and there were options for rooms with private or shared bathrooms. the staff was helpful and tried to resolve any issues.

The doors to the balcony had holes and didn't close properly, allowing mosquitoes to enter the room.

The free breakfast was absolutely delicious and filling. We were happy to see that there were different options to choose from. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The rooftop co-working space was a great addition and we found it helpful to get some work done while enjoying the view.

Our room was quite cold and the broken window in the bathroom didn't help. It made our time in the room less enjoyable.
