this hotel is a hidden gem in mexico city. the staff is friendly, the rooms are comfy, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. it exceeded my expectations and i had a relaxing stay.

Elevator not working.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and they even offered a pillow menu to ensure a personalized sleeping experience. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from, including eggs, toast, and pancakes. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to Downtown, Reforma, and Roma. It was convenient to explore the city and had everything we needed within walking distance.

One major downside was the lack of natural light in our room. The small windows opened onto an internal courtyard, limiting the amount of sunlight that entered.

I had a fantastic city trip and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, as I was able to easily walk to popular neighborhoods like Condessa, Roma, and Centro. the hotel also provided easy access to Uber, making it convenient to explore the city without getting stuck in traffic. the hotel had an outstanding kitchen, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. the chefs prepared delicious meals, and I highly recommend trying out their menu.

While I had a great overall experience, there were a few things that could be improved. the staff, in general, was friendly and helpful, but there was one lady at the front desk who was a bit rude.

Our Thanksgiving stay had some great aspects. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the coffee, sublime. the hotel was located in a prime area, making it easy to navigate the city. Lastly, we enjoyed the free bike rental service and had a blast exploring the vicinity.

Our experience was marred by the noise levels. the surrounding construction noise started early in the morning, waking us up rudely.
