Martha, Nikita, and Chema went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Chema even helped us arrange our trip back to Tizimin, and Nikita made sure we had a delicious breakfast before our early morning check out. The location of the hotel is perfect, nestled next to the jungle and just a short walk from the seaside. The serene atmosphere and natural beauty of the surroundings were truly breathtaking. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the option to use the kitchen facilities. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Lunarena Boutique Beach Hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and nature-filled getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The staff, particularly Ana, was attentive and helpful. The hanging beds in the rooms were a unique and relaxing experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the beach and a biosphere reserve. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the handmade furnishings are beautiful. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a decent coffee. The hotel is in a safe area and the views of the sunsets and sunrises are fantastic. the service and desire to make guests feel at home made our stay worth it.

We really got our money's worth with the amazing view and lovely room decor. The location was perfect and the staff were warm, open, and very helpful.

The LunArena is a charming hotel surrounded by nature, with a delicious restaurant and private gardens in each suite. The beach is just steps away. The free breakfast and airport shuttle were a great bonus. I enjoyed windsurfing and snorkeling too.
