We had an amazing stay at Casa Velas! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the property had a relaxing atmosphere with a low key vibe. We loved the excellent food and drinks, which were served individually and not as buffet processed food. The landscaping was outstanding, with a golf course around, and the pool had a great bar. Our room was beautiful, and we enjoyed the spa on the balcony. The private beach club was easily accessible, and we also got one free access to the PIAF French restaurant at Grand Velas. We will definitely return!

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded my expectations. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff catering to my every need. the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious, with a steam room perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the garden area was beautifully landscaped, adding to the exclusive feel of the venue. the restaurant had a great variety of buffet breakfast and special diet menus, perfect for my dietary restrictions. And the location was perfect, with easy beach access just a short walk away.

the Poolside snack bar and Snack bar had plenty of delicious options to choose from.

I had the most amazing stay at a boutique hotel in a beautiful location. It was the perfect off-season getaway with very few people around. The staff went above and beyond, even upgrading our room when we had a minor issue. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Coco Loco drink. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The staff at this resort are incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The size of the resort made it easy to navigate and get around. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was top-notch and offered a great variety of options for all tastes.

Our room lacked comfortable seating options. Instead of a couch, we only had two dining room chairs made of cane.

However, we enjoyed the fantastic world-class cuisine provided by the executive chef. the staff provided advice and assistance which made our stay easier. the convenient location of the hotel provided easy access to local attractions.

The plunge pool was too cold to use and there were no hot tubs. the reception was unhelpful and gave us misleading information.
