The facilities were well-maintained and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff members were friendly and helpful, offering great service throughout our visit. the hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

The bathroom could benefit from some updates, as it appeared a bit dated. The lighting in the hotel was not very inviting, with cold and drab LED lights that lacked warmth.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Port Clinton. the staff at the Country Inn & Suites was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure that my family and I had everything we needed during our stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were able to have a peaceful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a nice bonus for my son. it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be staying at the Country Inn & Suites again.

We loved the warm cookies at the front desk, a delightful touch that made us feel welcome.

The rooms were clean and well-stocked. The woman working in the breakfast area was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was great with a good variety of items. the hotel is conveniently located near attractions such as Cedar Point and the lake. the room was clean and comfortable.

The indoor pool was green and unusable for most of our stay. We had issues with the room, such as a leaking toilet and a non-functional safe.

Fantastic customer service representative at check-in who was informative and helpful. Deserves a raise. Found a second room to accommodate our group and provided good recommendations for nearby steak restaurants. Convenient location near key attractions and amenities.

Poor housekeeping - dirty towels were refolded and hung up as new, bed sheets not changed, dirty washcloths left in tub, and hand soap not replaced. Had to sleep on dirty sheets despite being billed at a higher rate on the second night.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn in Port Clinton for a family vacation. The General Manager and her staff were excellent, providing warm and welcoming customer service. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had a fresh atmosphere. It was also family-friendly and offered a private experience. The location was convenient, being only 20 minutes away from Sandusky and offering plenty of activities. Additionally, the hotel was close to restaurants, providing multiple dinner options. we had a great experience with excellent customer service and comfortable accommodations.

We had a great stay at Country Inn. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfast had a nice variety including fresh fruit that was delicious. The hotel provided free newspapers and fresh fruit at the front desk all day long. The check-in process was simple and efficient, and there was plenty of parking close by. Our room location was convenient since we have trouble walking far, and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
