The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Fresh orange juice and delicious al pastor fish tacos. Peaceful and meditative environment. Beautifully designed boutique property with art and natural elements. Best part of the beach, private beach beds, well-maintained beach. Great restaurant, attentive and charming staff, eye for detail.

Casa Violeta offered a charming, artistic ambiance with beautifully decorated rooms and a cute little garden. The personalized attention from the helpful couple running the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. The insider tips they shared about the surrounding area were invaluable. The location of the hotel provided a peaceful oasis away from the traffic and noise of Tulum. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Located right on the beach in Tulum, Casa Violeta offers a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms have sliding doors that provide a nice breeze and easy access to the beach. The restaurant has a stunning view of the ocean and serves a delicious continental breakfast with fresh fruit and bread.

Some rooms are located on the road side, far from the beach, and the sliding doors in some rooms did not lock properly.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with all the essentials provided. Additionally, the location right on the road, surrounded by the lush jungle, gave it a unique charm.

The complementary breakfast and beach towels were a nice touch. The location offered beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach. We also appreciated the hammocks available for relaxing.

The lack of air conditioning made it hard to enjoy our stay during the hot and humid days. The room could have been cleaner, and we noticed some bugs.

The staff and management were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. The food at the restaurant was also quite good, and the prices were reasonable. Casa Violeta provided everything I needed for a wonderful beach vacation.
