The hosts are friendly, responsive, and available. Delicious breakfasts and great coffee. Convenient location with access to nature and the lake. Quiet area away from downtown.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The food was tasty and the room was clean. the location was convenient and accessible to local shops. It was easy to find the shops and the lake within walking distance. the bed was also pretty comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The staff was not very welcoming and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. the pool area was closed off and not easily accessible, which was a major disappointment.

Our stay at Castillo Del Rey was absolutely delightful. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always available either via WhatsApp or in person. The breakfasts delivered to our room were delicious, and the coffee was some of the best we've ever had. Although the pool was covered, it was available upon request. The location was perfect, with easy access to nature and the lake, and there were plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. It was a quieter area than downtown, which we really appreciated. we highly recommend this hotel.
