We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with the staff providing great service throughout. The location of the hotel was convenient, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The room was comfortable and clean, with the bed being well-made. The bathroom was also clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided a variety of options, although there was a lack of clear vegetarian choices at times. Despite this, the reception staff, especially Tiffany, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

There were some instances where the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms fell short, with hair found in both areas.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! the location was perfect – right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore. What I loved most was the excellent service! the staff were all so friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and making sure I had everything I needed. the breakfast was amazing too – a great variety of dishes to choose from, and all of them tasted so good.

The one thing I didn't like about this hotel was that the room was a bit dusty and it made me sneeze a few times. the bathroom could have been cleaner and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

My stay at City Express was delightful. The staff, especially Tiffany, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They even assisted me in activating my local number. Although there was no clear vegetarian menu during breakfast, I appreciated the effort. I highly recommend this hotel.
