The staff were super helpful, like chommies at reception. Loved the comfy bed and really enjoyed the hot shower after a long day. The location's a win, with shops and food just around the corner!

The elevators had a persistent foul odor that really detracted from the experience!!! A push for better cleaning would make a noticeable difference!!! Don't even get me started on the morning cleaning staff knocking at 9 am when checkout is at noon!!!

My stay was marred by the early morning interruption from the cleaning staff. I woke up to them knocking at 9 am, which felt unnecessary since I was checking out at noon. It was confusing to be disturbed so early when the hotel had my check-out time on record. Additionally, I encountered challenges with some staff not understanding English very well, complicating communication during my stay.

Appreciated the refreshing breakfast options, particularly the fresh fruits, which made mornings enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to assist with my queries. However, a bit of noise from the street could be distracting at times, and there were moments when the level of English among some staff made communication a little tricky.

The only minor downside was a slight odor in the elevators, but it didn’t really dampen my experience. 😊 Don’t forget to check out the early morning breakfast options!
