The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location was incredible, right on the beach. We had easy access to the best beach in Holbox. The staff here went above and beyond with their service. They were always there to assist with anything we needed, from room service to car hire. The housekeeping staff kept our room immaculate, and we were even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel amenities were also top-notch, with an outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers, and a garden area with beach umbrellas. And the fact that pets were allowed was a huge bonus for us.

Staying at this hotel was a great decision! The location of this place was just perfect, right on the best beach around here. The staff were so helpful, they even helped me book tours for kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, and diving. The outdoor swimming pool and the solarium were my favourite places to relax and unwind under the sun. The massage service was top-notch, and the therapists gave me a full-body massage, foot massage, and head massage. The flat-screen TV in the room was a bonus, along with the comfortable air conditioning and the cool dining restaurant. The staff were always available to help with anything, and they even gave me a warm welcome drink upon arrival.

I would definitely recommend this venue to all my friends and family looking for a great vacation retreat.

Close proximity to a pristine beach and an attractive bar and plunge pool area. Beautiful surroundings with abundant plant life, singing birds, and a relaxing beachfront with bed swings.

We were excited to spend our vacation in a tropical paradise. the beach was breathtakingly stunning and we loved the ocean view. the staff was friendly and offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival. the hotel was in a great location, only a few minutes' walk away from several restaurants and shops.

The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding felt strange. the water pressure in the shower was very low and there was only a short burst of hot water.

However, the location of the hotel is excellent, with direct access to a beautiful and quiet section of the beach. Guests can enjoy long walks or bike rides to explore other parts of the island. The staff at the hotel are lovely and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel offers a great view of the sunset from their rooftop bar, Alma Bar, where they serve delicious drinks.

The hotel is in need of a full upgrade, with issues like damp-smelling rooms, black mold in the bathrooms, and rusted taps.

I also enjoyed the convenience of being close to the environmental reserve, allowing for easy access to a pristine and secluded beach.

The hotel had some drawbacks. the rooms were in need of renovation, with poor lighting and limited hot water.

We definitely got great value for our money at Villas Tiburon. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The location, though remote, offered us the most beautiful beach on the island. The staff treated us excellently, they were friendly, relaxed, and always in a good mood.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there were more options available.
