Ope, the staff was just so friendly, and the breakfast was pretty dang good. Loved having those warm chilaquiles! Room was clean and comfy, but coulda used a bit less noise from outside. I really appreciated the convenient 24-hour reception—made everything easy. Oh, and ya betcha, good location for walking around!

I faced issues with the lighting in my King Room. It was far too dim and not conducive for reading or working. Additionally, the noise level from outside was quite disruptive. I struggled to get to sleep on more than one occasion due to disturbances. Unfortunately, these factors overshadowed what could have been a perfectly fine stay.

the location was nice, but I endured the most unpleasant stay at City Express. The lighting in my King Room was so poor, I thought I stepped into a cave. Additionally, the noise from outside made slumber impossible. I almost expected a welcome gift for putting up with it, but I guess that's too much to ask. never coming back.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent workspace they provided. The staff was super helpful, always going outta their way to make sure I had what I needed, even offered me a microwave for my leftovers from dinner.
