I recently stayed at City Express Plus Reforma El Angel for a week-long vacation. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, addressing any issues or questions quickly and efficiently. The hotel's location, directly opposite the Angel of Independence, was excellent, and it was only a short walk from Chapultepec.

City Express offered a fantastic location for our stay. Just a stone's throw away from the iconic Angel of Independence, we were right in the heart of Mexico City. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a modern touch to the furnishings. We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of storage space, making it easy to keep our belongings organized.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the attentive staff. When we encountered an issue with the air conditioning, they were quick to respond and resolved the problem promptly.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, with noise from both other guests and traffic on the street being easily heard in the rooms. Additionally, there were some issues with the service and amenities, such as not enough pillows and only one bottle of water provided for two people.

The location is convenient, with a convenient store and a great bakery nearby. Many restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. The rooms are of good size, with comfortable beds. The hotel is always spotless clean and decent.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, right in front of the "Angel" monument. It was so convenient to be able to explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were always available to assist me with any questions or requests I had. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities such as a fitness studio and a bar/ lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
