I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and offered a lovely view. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and surrounded by historic cathedrals and shops. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. I appreciated the convenience of free parking and the fact that it was quiet. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and I found everything I needed without having to ask for assistance. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I also loved that they supported local producers by selling Mexican jewelry and organic beauty products in the lobby.

My only complaint was the musty smell in the room. I wish there was better ventilation to combat this issue.
