Vanessa and the security gentleman were especially sensitive to my needs and provided comforting words when I couldn't sleep. Vanessa even brought me herbal tea in the middle of the night. The next day, when I returned to my room, it was clean and tended to, with a thoughtful gift and note to reassure me. The staff, including Luis the manager, were all exceptional and made my stay memorable.

The check-in process was delayed, but the breakfast was great. The hotel is nonsmoking and conveniently located with nearby restaurants and a grocery store. The room had a nice interior design and was relatively quiet.
