As a solo traveler, I loved the attentive and compassionate staff who went out of their way to help. The check-in process was efficient and the concierge and desk reception provided excellent service. The room size was great and the breakfast provided exceptional service.

Felt welcomed into the family, had nothing to complain about.

The location of City Express Tijuana Rio was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were just a short drive away from the border, making it convenient to explore both Tijuana and San Diego. I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is conveniently located in a good area, close to everything I needed to do in the city. The breakfast options were impressive and delicious. The staff at the front desk were professional, friendly, and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The rooms were clean and presentable. this hotel was a great pick for my money.

The check-in process was delayed, but the breakfast was great. The hotel is nonsmoking and conveniently located with nearby restaurants and a grocery store. The room had a nice interior design and was relatively quiet.
