The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The breakfast staff was also delightful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. They even provided high-quality hygiene products from Dove.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The only bright spot during our stay was one kind lady who showed excellent customer service skills and made our trip somewhat bearable. She went out of her way to accommodate us and communicate effectively. However, this was of our stay and it was overshadowed by the terrible experience we had with the rest of the hotel staff. We were highly disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
