Pros of our stay were the beachfront location, close proximity to shops and restaurants, well-maintained grounds, daily sargassum cleaning, security presence, welcoming staff.

Delicious breakfast, comfortable bedrooms, amazing beach club, friendly staff, beautiful ocean front room, great location.

I had an incredible time at this beachfront hotel! The location is perfect, with several restaurants within walking distance. I loved being able to stroll along the shore and try different local cuisines. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service, and the breakfast options were delicious. Plus, the view from the room was breathtaking! I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

There was an issue with the sea being dirty, which affected my enjoyment of the beach.

Great Stay. we love Coco Limited!

During our 10-day stay in Tulum, we split our time between Coco Limited and an Airbnb closer to downtown. At Coco Limited, we were right on the beach, which was incredibly convenient and made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The beach beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the privacy they provided. The staff at Coco Limited went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, from the friendly servers and kiteboarding staff to the helpful front desk staff who assisted us with storing our luggage and arranging transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the pool and sea. We also enjoyed the a la carte breakfast options offered at the beach club.

One minor downside was the limited happy hour drink selection and the quality of the drinks, which we found to be watered down.

Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the excellent bar service on the beach. The hotel was located close to restaurant and bar options, making it easy to explore the area. The room was cozy and had great views of the sunrise.

The beach area could be crowded, making it difficult to find a spot to relax. The food options at the hotel were limited and could be improved.

We had an amazing stay at Coco! 🌴 The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from Juan at the front desk who gave us great restaurant recommendations, to Mario who went above and beyond to ensure our wifi was working. The room was clean and well-designed, with a stunning ocean view and a hot tub on the deck. We loved waking up to the gorgeous view every morning and enjoyed the delicious a la carte breakfast. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a honeymoon. We can't wait to return! 🌊

The hotel provided a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities including a spa, outdoor swimming pool and beach access with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area were exceptional. The room advantages were incredible, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment with private facilities and a garden area.

Though the hotel was exceptional, we encountered a minor issue with the spa lounge during our stay. The service was slow and we had to wait longer than expected for our massage appointments.

Beautiful beachfront property, well-maintained with clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to assist with transfers, bike rentals, and fixing any issues promptly. Delicious breakfast with fresh juice. Great location near restaurants and bars. Lovely beach club with comfy beds and quality drinks. Perfect honeymoon spot!
