The facilities and location were excellent, with great restaurants and a fantastic spa. The resort's setting was beautiful, surrounded by nature and wildlife. We enjoyed the unique experience of observing birds, squirrels, and monkeys from every corner of the resort. The complementary amenities and food in our room were ample. The attention to detail, such as the surprise setting and anniversary cake, was greatly appreciated. The food at the Pavilion restaurant was superb, and the waiting staff were attentive and professional. The house doctor and her staff provided amazing treatment. The manager, Aika, was especially helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. The cleanliness of the hotel and outdoor areas ensured that we could fully enjoy the landscape.

The service provided by the beach staff was exceptional, always ensuring we had iced water on hand. The well-equipped water sports department allowed us to explore the bay with paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel gear. The genuine rainforest surroundings and friendly staff added to the overall charm of the resort. We were so captivated by The Datai that we didn't want to leave, even though we had plans to explore the rest of the island. The exceptional service and overall experience at The Datai exceeded our expectations.

The Els golf club is fantastic, and the accommodation is excellent. The staff are kind and helpful, and the food is delicious and varied. The quiet environment and the feeling of being in the jungle really create a WOW experience. The hotel is very exclusive, and guests can enjoy a private beach and a variety of activities. The service providers are excellent, and the Thai food is a must-try.
