We stayed at Costa Alegre Hotel & Suites and had a great experience. the location was excellent, right on the beach and near the centro area. the staff were friendly and extremely supportive, especially when we needed help due to illness. the grounds and rooms were kept clean, providing a pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed watching the organized activities by the enthusiastic recreation director, which involved many families. the meals at the restaurant were good and the staff was polite and attentive. it was a wonderful stay with a central location and reasonable prices.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was centrally located and close to all the amenities we needed during our stay. the staff was extremely friendly and supportive, especially when one of us fell ill. We also enjoyed watching the organized activities led by the energetic recreation director, which were a hit with many Mexican families and a few regular guests.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the food quality was subpar, especially considering it was an all, inclusive package.
