The rooms at Courtyard By Marriott were absolutely amazing. The beds were so comfortable that it was hard to leave in the morning. I also loved the Mexican food at the lobby lounge, it was super delicious.

The hotel was conveniently located in the historical center and close to the congress venue we attended. The staff were quick to take action and provided excellent service. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered a great view of the city.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety and the loud music at the pool area was a bit disruptive.

The rooftop pool was stunning with a fantastic view over the city. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome. The location is great, within walking distance of car rentals, Starbucks, and Walmart. The rooms are spacious and there is a gym and pool area with a DJ. The hot water in the showers was plentiful and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a pleasant aroma.

Felt privileged, no reason to complain.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Merida and were impressed by the comfortable and modern rooms. the pool area was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved the fact that we could easily walk to several car rental options, Starbucks, and other local attractions.

While we had a great time overall, there were a few things that could have been improved. the breakfast buffet didn't offer many food varieties and there were no in-room amenities such as sandals.

Comfortable beds, abundant hot water, modern and clean atmosphere. Amazing and slightly expensive food. Perfect location for the convention center. Rooftop with small infinity pool and live DJ. Staff attentive and friendly, with delicious Margaritas at the rooftop bar. Gym with recent equipment.

It was also within walking distance to the main square, making it easy for us to explore the historical center. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
