The service upon arrival was a bit lacking and we had a small issue with our reservation and payment. However, they made an effort to rectify the situation and were more accommodating afterwards. The staff at the bar and restaurant provided great service. A great family-friendly place to stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was really friendly and attentive when we arrived, making us feel at home. the bartenders were excellent, serving a variety of drinks that suited all of our preferences. the location was ideal, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions.

During check-in we had some issues with our reservation and the payment process. the situation was not handled professionally, leaving us feeling frustrated and confused.
