The staff here really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, always going the extra mile. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry available. I also appreciated the shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were excellent, with heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The terrace was a lovely addition, and the in-room safe provided peace of mind. The garden furniture added a nice touch, and the free toiletries were a pleasant bonus. With a flat-screen TV and am/fm alarm clock, I had all the entertainment I needed.

The entrance to the car park was quite narrow, making parking a challenge. the room lacked some basic amenities that we expected, such as a coffee machine, and overall, it seemed overpriced for the services offered.

The wifi signal in the hotel is weak and the speed is very slow.

The staff, especially Paula at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even provided water and glasses for us after a long bike ride. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. the hotel also had a secure car park, which was a great convenience. I would definitely stay at Palacio Carvajal Giron again in the future.
