I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel that felt like a Mexican casa. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and cozy, with a big, nice shower. The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a few blocks from the main center and Paseo Montejo. The staff was super friendly and attentive, always ready to fulfill any request.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety and better taste.

Best aspects of the stay were the charming public spaces and friendly staff. the hotel's location in the heart of downtown made it an easy walk to local attractions, and the lovely pool was a great spot to relax on a sunny day.

Worst aspects of the stay were the poor wifi in our room and the extra charges for coffee at breakfast. As self-employed travelers, the lack of reliable wifi made it difficult to get work done, and we found it in poor taste to be charged extra for coffee when breakfast was already included.

My stay at Decu Downtown was absolutely amazing. The hotel is a beautiful old colonial building with modern interiors, creating an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The location in the heart of downtown was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to restaurants, bars, and stores. The staff at Decu was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were their only guests. The pool was lovely, and the public spaces were charming. The service and food at the restaurant were top-notch. I highly recommend Decu Downtown for a truly enjoyable stay.
