the rooms smell like stale cigarettes, absolutely revolting. plus, the noise levels were so intolerable, I could have sworn my neighbors were hosting a party in my own room. it’s astonishing how I received no upgrade or extra perks, considering my struggles. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t, given the state of this place.

The staff's warmth and attention made a significant impact, particularly at the reception where check-in was seamless. The morning buffet was delightful, offering a variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the delicious wood-fired pizza. The gym was a nice perk for keeping up with workouts, although it could use some additional equipment. However, the room could benefit from better soundproofing as noise from outside was occasionally intrusive. Overall, the hotel provides great value for the price.

This hotel offers fantastic customer service, especially from Mr Fahad and Ms. Charity. The location is superb, right by Al-Saad Metro Station, making transport easy. My stay was enjoyable, though the single bed lacked comfort. For a cozy, welcoming experience, this place is worth considering.

Clean, quiet hotel with a friendly atmosphere. The staff, especially Ms. Charity and Mr Fahad, offered exceptional service that made me feel valued. The location is very convenient, with the metro just a short walk away. It’s a cozy spot that smells great throughout the hotel.

It was just a nice choice for a speedy visit in Doha with good price value. Try to ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the street.

Had a super chill time here! Joanna at the front desk was amazing. I got to check in early, free of charge. The ambiance was way nice, and I loved grabbing a quick bite at the snack bar. Only thing was the WiFi could lag sometimes which was a bummer. Definitely felt looked after!
